A custom planning timeline will be constructed for you connecting all moving parts that we’ll manage together through our exclusive client lounge.

The process is collaborative as we work together to merge color, texture, taste and sound in ways that have both personal and universal meaning. Your design plan forms, weaving together all of the visual and sensory components of your wedding day telling the perfectly individual story of your love.

A great design is only as good as its execution. The day of your wedding we make sure all of the pieces come together seamlessly. Not only do we manage your bridal party, guests, vendors and timeline but we also make sure your wedding story is captured perfectly with your photographer. Your only job on your wedding day is to enjoy it.

The best decision from two years of wedding planning was choosing Gina and the Shi Shi team as our planner. I would say I was a very thorough and very involved bride. I knew going into the process I wanted someone I 100% trusted and enjoyed working with. I also wanted someone who was not afraid to disagree with me, and who would (try) to reign me in when I was blowing our budget. Gina surpassed every expectation. First of all, she is such a kind, warm, fun person. And at the same time she’s extremely professional, organized, and a thorough and open communicator. Plus, her eye for design and understanding of event planning was beyond everything I hoped for. She listened to my vision and created the most gorgeous, special wedding I could have ever dreamed of. The wedding day ran so smoothly— I was able to totally relax and enjoy myself because I knew she had it covered (and that’s a lot to say coming from a perfectionist who loves to plan and stress). It is clear that everything Gina does is filled with love and is so personal. I never felt like just a client to her.
